eC3-CAD  Computer Aided Dispatch System is the central command center dispatch software that focuses on the management of the actual operation and control of the command center. It handles multiple type of emergency and process all important information needed to perform and execute a successful emergency dispatch. It keeps track of all pending and dispatch activities including the status and gathering of all gathered information of a particular incident. eC3-CAD aids the dispatcher by allowing to access the nearest available city resources and facility that is needed. It will also allow him to analyzed emergency situation through processing of relevant data that could lead to a more strategic and accurate decision making. These modules are integrated with the Automatic Vehicle Locator (AVL), eC3-CMS, eC3-RMS and Geographic Information system (GIS). Its key function is to provide the right information to the dispatch personnel at the right time.

eC3-CT  Call Management System is the centralized call taking module that handles the entire call acceptance, recording and monitoring of all information regarding a reported emergency incident by any individual or group. It features a complete facility that will allow emergency command centers to record and received the complete details of an incident including the actual geographic location of a particular incident at any given time. It is integrated with a Geographic Information System (GIS) to allow this module to plot the exact location of the incident including the possible location of the calling party reporting the incident.

eC3-RS  Resource Management System is a dedicated resource management module that allows complete administration of all command center resources. It handles operation personnel master database and job assignment maintenance, equipment, patrol vehicles and other Command Center facility monitoring and control. It monitors and administers the issuance, releases and status of every facility accessible and utilized by the command center.

eC3-RC  Record Management System is a centralized record management module that records residents, establishments, vehicles and firearms. It aids the command center personnel to easily search any data that may help in operating the command center.

eC3-IRL  Incident & Resource Locator System is a support module that provides map representation of incidents and resources. This module aids in providing a visual display using map represent all the incidents and resources and capable in simulating the resources history location.

eC3-CM Executive Monitoring System is a support module that provides geographical data representation of crime data and record. This module aids in providing a visual display using map data to represent the volume, movement, trends and pattern of a specific crime or incident of a certain area or location. This is most applicable in higher management or executive briefing for a quick view of all recorded incident.

eC3-SM  Road Management System is the centralized road activity management module that handles the recording, acceptance and monitoring of all information regarding a reported road activity or event by any individual or group. It features a complete facility that will allow command centers to record and received the complete details of an event or activity that took place in a particular street or roads within the city. This road or street event may be in a form of activities, repair, reports or calamities that that will take place during a certain period of time. The system will monitor this events information and could pin-point right away the actual geographic location of a particular event at any given time. It is integrated with a Geographic Information System (GIS) to allow this module to plot the exact location of the event or activity.
